This book contains a collection of writings (notes) over a period of time. These writings reflect the work I have done within prisons and through re-entry over 20 years. I am a Sociologist with a concentration in Crime, Law and Justice. I have a Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Peace Studies. Those who know me and the work I have done may recognize some of the stories within. These are my stories.
